Farmers Seafood needed a web presence and also wanted to begin selling their wares online. An engaging design was developed and applied to the WordPress install. Part of this project was search engine visibility for specific terms, namely “buy seafood gumbo,” “buy shrimp creole,” and “buy crawfish etouffee.” Between these three terms the front page of Google is consistently returned in organic search, as well as the first or second page of Bing.
Farmers is selling its packed gumbo, etouffee and shrimp creole in a limited rollout of their online store. A full ecommerce solution was rolled out and is ready for when Farmers begins placing their fresh seafood online.
