The goal is to build you the best site possible within the the time allowed at a fair price. How this happens is that we both make a commitment towards getting the website completed. What I need from you is all of the site’s content (text, photos, audio / video, etc.) we can possibly get before I start. Bottom line is that I will not start the project until the vast majority of content is ready for turnover to me, because all too often projects drag on and I want to deliver a product in a timely manner.
This is why I will not start a project until you understand this policy and agree to be an active participant in the project. Quite frequently the website may not be the highest priority for you, but for me, it is priority number one: my business. So I have to stress that providing content up front, timely feedback, and signoff will result a great and successful project for both of us.
